Practice for psychotherapy according to the Heilpraktikergesetz

My name is Stephanie Bongratz. I am a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist. My main area is cognitive behavioral therapy with the support of hypnosis, in order to better mobilize my clients' own strengths and so that they can gain access to their subconscious.

There are many opportunities in everyday life to integrate new behavioral patterns and use them to replace habits that are harmful to your mental well-being. Stress and depression, fears and stressful experiences, self-harming behavior such as smoking, careless eating and general neglect of your own needs often lead to a downward spiral in your health from which you cannot find a way out without help.

This is where cognitive behavioral therapy comes in. Together we work out harmful patterns and gradually replace them with healthier habits and behaviors.

Hypnosis can help to establish a better connection to your own subconscious and to strengthen positive beliefs. Cognitive behavioral therapy is one of the most recognized and proven forms of therapy worldwide, with the highest success rate in almost all areas of the psyche.

However, it involves working on yourself and requires the will to change something.

Arrange an initial telephone conversation with me or call me directly and we will find out whether this could be your path.
